Parietal Nodular Lesion on The Scalp: Probable Renal Cell Carcinoma Metastasis - A Case Report

چکیده
Among the renal lesions described, cell carcinoma (RCC) is primary neoplastic tumor reaching males in a proportion two times higher than females and characterizing about 2% of carcinomas adult population. Although treatment this type cancer has evolved recent years, management patients with metastatic conditions remains challenging, possible spreads to lungs bones. Vascular metastasis RCC skin, especially scalp, rare condition few reports described literature. The diagnosis lesion should consider patient's clinic, cases previous history carcinoma, maybe differential for vascular lesions. surgical, there may be an association adjuvant treatments.
